The department is focusing the (i) fabrication of integrated circuits, solar modules, and MEMS as well as (ii) the synthesis of nano materials. In this regard, the following staff members have been attended the training programs.
  • Dr.K.Kesavasn has participated in the basic training program in nano science and technology conducted by I.I.Sc., Bangalore.
  • Mr. R. Karthick has participated in the basic training program in nano science and technology conducted by IISC, Bangalore.
