• Registration is compulsory. Only registered participants will be allowed to participate in the events.
• A valid ID card and bonafide certificate from concerned authority is necessary for registration.
• Proper dress code should be maintained.
• Participants must bring their necessary accessories for all the events.
• Jury’s decision will be the final.
• A team shall be disqualified, if indisciplinary action is noted.
• Prizes will be distributed only for I, II and III places
• Time extension or postponement is not encouraged for any event.
• Participants should be in their respective hall on time.
• There are two levels for school students to participate in Events
  a.Level 1: 6th – 8th Standard
  b.Level 2: 9th -12th Standard
• Primary level can only visit the open house.
• Overall Shield will be given for school students only (3 Points for 1st prize, 2 Points for 2nd prize and 1 points for 3rd prize) excluding the fun games
• Selection will be based on relevance to theme, presentation and clarity.

Elimination Round: Students are eliminated at the end of the round, if they are spelled the word incorrectly. Eliminations will continue until four spellers remain.
