NRI/PIO/Foreign National Candidates :
Candidates studying in India or abroad may apply for admissions under NRI/PIO/Children of Indian
Workers in Gulf countries/ Foreign National Category, adhering to the rules and regulation of
the Government of India with the following eligibility criteria.

Pass in Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as
compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:
“Chemistry/Bio – Technology/Computer Science / Biology or equivalent”

Applicants for Admissions under NRI quota shall not have completed 21 years of age as on the
1st July of the respective academic year.

NRI financially supporting the candidates must be blood relation such as his/her Father,
Mother, Sister, Brother, Uncle, (Father’s Brothers or Mother’s brother) and Aunty (Mother’s
Sister or Father’s Sister) only, residing abroad.
The Candidates should furnish the following documents at the time of Admission for NRI Category

Sponsorship Letter

Relationship Certificate in Original (blood relation must be Father, Mother, Sister Brother,
Uncle and Aunty only)

Letters from the employer’s sponsor in original

Statement of Bank A/C of sponsor with NRI A/c number

NRI Status certificate of financial supporter issued by the embassy of respective country
under their seal in original

Nativity certificate of the sponsor

Mark sheet of the qualifying examination

Transfer certificate
