IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Ph.D Degree awardees, Medalists and Rank Holders of all programmes should report to the venue before 09.00 a.m. on 20.08.2022. The other graduands should report to the venue before 01.30 pm.
2. Wearing of face Mask is mandatory for graduands, Parents and accompanying members.Covid - 19 pandemic protocol will be strictly adhered to.
3. Only Graduands are allowed inside the Multipurpose Indoor stadium. Parents and accompanying members will be accommodated in Einstein Hall Auditorium & Savitribai Phule Cafeteria.
4. Dress Code:
- For Men : Formal wear with shoes
- For Women : Saree / Churidar / Salwar with formal Footwear.
5. No Graduand will be allowed inside the venue after commencement of convocation.
6. An amount of Rs. 300/- for graduation gown and Rs.200/- for photo will be collected at the time of registration. Eligible refund will be effected after the convocation is over.
7. Students are informed that No other Certificates will be issued from the CoE office on the day of convocation. No registration will be entertained after the last date.
8. High tea will be offered to the graduands and parents. Those who need food shall contact canteen on chargeable basis
