Department of Architecture

30 students from Department of Architecture participated in the National Level Students Convention organized by Sans Academy of Architecture on 29.09.2019 at Coimbatore and won in 10 individual competitions & the overall runner up trophy.
5 students of batch 2014-19 from Department of Architecture participated in National Level HOSMAC Healthcare Architecture Competition (HHAC) 2018 held at Mumbai and won the Runner position for the design proposal submitted.
Mr. Abhinav of batch 2010-15 was awarded Best Thesis Award in the event 'Best Architecture Schools' 2016, organized by Bharat University at Chennai on 31.03.2016.
Mr. Harish Kumar and Mr.Mahadevan of batch 2014-19 have won the First & Second places (among 80 participants from all over India) in the Transparence-15 Design competition from 10.03.2016 – 12.03.2016 organized by ‘Ethios’ Saint- Gobain Glass India, Chennai.

Dr.C.V.Subramanian was assigned as CoA Nominee at St.Peters College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai for the Period of 6 months from January to June 2019.
Dr.C.V.Subramanian was invited as a Resource Person for one-week Faculty Training Programme on 07.03.2019 under the title “Comfort Analysis” at Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai.
Dr.P.Jayasudha was assigned as CoA Nominee for staff selection at VIT, Vellore for the period of two months (April, May) 2018.
Dr.P.Jayasudha was invited as a Jury member for Asian Contest of Architectural Rookie’s Award (ACARA) organised by PVP College of Architecture, Pune on 4.08.2018.
Ar.N.Ramesh Babu was honoured with the Certificate of Appreciation for being a part of the project “Pneumatically Operated Electronic Multipurpose Simulator” (POEMS) developed by Indian Air Force and PMU on 16.12. 2017.
