(i) All submissions will first undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Committee
to assess the scope, relevance to the conference themes, adherence to
submission guidelines, and compliance with plagiarism.
(ii) Manuscripts that pass the preliminary screening will be immediately subjected
to a single-blind peer review process, where reviewers remain anonymous to
authors.
(iii) Each paper will be evaluated by at least three qualified reviewers on the basis
of the following:
(a) Originality and novelty
(b) Technical and scientific quality
(c) Methodological consistency
(d) Relevance to conference themes
(e) Clarity of presentation
Note: In the case of conflicting reviewer recommendations, the paper may be
assigned to a third reviewer or reviewed by a member of the Technical Program

Together, all submitted papers must present original unpublished work and must
not be under consideration elsewhere. The proposed conference adheres to
established academic and publication ethics standards. The submitted papers will
be carefully reviewed by considering how original and technically sound they are,
how well they align with the conference theme, and how clearly the ideas are
presented. Attention is also given to the methodology used, significance of the
results and statistical data analysis, and the overall contribution to the field along
with proper adherence to the submission guidelines.
