Conference Proceedings

Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit original research articles falling under the scope of the conference themes (please refer the Call for Papers).

Unsolicited and invited papers for conference proceedings typically undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high academic quality and relevance. These papers are evaluated through a routine single-blind review by subject experts, focusing on originality, technical soundness, and contribution to the conference theme. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments before final acceptance. The editorial team ensures that all accepted papers meet publication standards, including plagiarism checks and formatting guidelines, prior to inclusion in the proceedings.

The AISEEEI Global Summit 2026 will follow a rigorous peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality, originality, ethics, and technical excellence. All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by a minimum of three independent reviewers of the relevant subject areas drawn from academia, research institutions, and industries in India and around the globe.

Review process

(i) All submissions will first undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Committee to assess the scope, relevance to the conference themes, adherence to submission guidelines, and compliance with plagiarism.

(ii) Manuscripts that pass the preliminary screening will be immediately subjected to a single-blind peer review process, where reviewers remain anonymous to authors.

(iii) Each paper will be evaluated by at least three qualified reviewers on the basis of the following:

(a) Originality and novelty

(b) Technical and scientific quality

(c) Methodological consistency

(d) Relevance to conference themes

(e) Clarity of presentation

Note: In the case of conflicting reviewer recommendations, the paper may be assigned to a third reviewer or reviewed by a member of the Technical Program Committee.

Together, all submitted papers must present original unpublished work and must not be under consideration elsewhere. The proposed conference adheres to established academic and publication ethics standards. The submitted papers will be carefully reviewed by considering how original and technically sound they are, how well they align with the conference theme, and how clearly the ideas are presented. Attention is also given to the methodology used, significance of the results and statistical data analysis, and the overall contribution to the field along with proper adherence to the submission guidelines.

Final Decision:

(a) Acceptance decisions will be based on reviewer recommendations and the judgment of the Technical Program Committee.

(b) Only papers that are accepted and registered for the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

(iii) Each paper will be evaluated by at least three qualified reviewers on the basis of the following:
