PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Knowledge of English authors, genres and periods. Introduction to World literature, women's literature and postcolonial literatures; also helps students to understand texts from cultural & historical perspectives. Analytic study of literature using classical and modern critical theories and criticism. Students will be encouraged to take an active role in all skill development activities.
